When your career is doing something you love then it's not work. I am so blessed to have the opportunity to sell my handmade items on Etsy. I love making wood items in my workshop at home.

Many years ago I was a faux painting artist in South Florida. I would do a variety of upscale finishes on newly painted walls in large homes. I loved it but unfortunately, I wore my shoulder rotator cuff out and had to shift careers. My wife and I operate a successful e-commerce store for 18+ years. Now I am making handcrafted wood items for my Etsy shop, AbdulsFARMHOUSE. I combine my love of faux painting, gardening, and woodworking with my e-commerce experience to make a full-time career.

I was born and raised in Lebanon. In the Lebanese culture, most people learn to make things by hand from raw materials and to garden as part of life skills. Designing beautiful and practical items is a part of me. As an artist, I will not produce anything that is not top-quality or authentic. It must be something I am truly proud to make.
